Applications from Indian Citizens are invited for the posts of Professor cum Head (Nursing), Professor (Nursing), Tutor (GNM), Assistant Professor(s) (Education, Philosophy, Nursing), Assistant Registrar (Academic) and Junior Engineer (Civil).

1. Professor cum Head : (Nursing)
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)
Educational Qualification : M.Sc. Nursing

Experience : 15 (Fifteen) years experience out of which 12 (Twelve) years should be teaching experience with minimum of 5 years in collegiate programme.

Desirable : Ph.D. (N)

2. Professor : (Nursing)
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)
Educational Qualification : M.Sc. Nursing

Experience : 10 (Ten) years experience out of which 7 (Seven) years should be teaching experience.

Desirable : Ph.D. (N)

3. Assistant Professor : Education/Philosophy
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)

Educational Qualification : Good academic record as defined by the concerned University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade (OGPA) in a point scale at the Master’s Degree level in the concerned subject from an Indian University or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign University.

4. Asstt. Professor : (Nursing)
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)
Educational Qualification : M.Sc. (N)
Desirable : One year experience

5. Tutor : (Nursing)
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)
Educational Qualification : M.Sc. (N) or B.Sc. (N)/ P.B. B.Sc. (N)
Desirable : One year experience

6. Assistant Registrar : (Academic)
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)

Educational Qualification : Master Degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce of a recognised University.

Desirable : Proficiency in computer.

*Note : Candidates possessing the experience cited above with Masters’ Degree in English would be preferred.

7. Junior Engineer (Civil)
Age Limit : 18 to 45 Years (As on 01.01.2018)

Educational Qualification : Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute of Assam with 2-3 years experience.

Desirable : Proficiency in computer.

(b) Two copies of duly attested recent passport size photographs (One copy is to be affixed on the space provided in the application form firmly with good quality glue/adhesive). 

(c) Attested copy of Employment Registration Card, if any. 

(d) Self-addressed envelope (size 23cm x 10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs. 6.00 (Rupees Six) only. 

(e) Certificates of good character and conduct from two responsible persons known to you but not related to you. Indicate the name and address of the referees at the Section 21 of the application form. 

***Note : Candidates who are already in any service (Govt./Private) should apply through proper channel/ must submit “No objection Certificate” from the concerned authority at the time of interview.
