Applications are invited with complete Bio- data  from  HSLC  onwards  stating qualification, experience,  training,  skill, research, innovation, extension etc. with supporting credentials as per Government / UGC Guidelines for the Post of Principal, West Goalpara College against regular vacancy vide No. G(B) AC/Permission/67/2015/95 dated. 15.12.2017 from candidates through Proper Channel.

Educational Qualification & Experience :

1. Master Degree with at least 55% marks or  equivalent  grade  point  scale  by recognised University.

2. Ph.D Degree with concerned / relevant discipline with evidence of published works and proven research guidance.

3. Associate Professor / Professor with 15 years experience of Teaching / Research /Administration in Universities / Colleges / other Higher Education Institutions.

*Note :

• Minimum of 160 score stipulated in API based  performance  in Appendix  III required  for  direct recruitment  of Professor  in College  as  per Govt. Guidelines.
• 5% Relaxation marks at Graduate and Master Degree levels as admissible to SC/ST/Differently able candidates.
• 5% Relaxation is admissible to Ph.D holders having obtained Master Degree prior to September 19, 1991.
• Upper age limit is 55 years as on the date  of  application  as  per  Govt. Notification No. AHE/17/2013/3 dated. 26.12.2013.
• Term of Principal shall be 5 years.

Fee : Rs. 3,000.00 (Rupees -Three Thousand only) in the Form of Demand Draft (DD)
