Application are Invited for engagement on Contractual Basis for the following position in Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST).

1. Name of the Post : Assistant Field Manager
No. of Post : 01
Salary : Rs.30,000/- P.M (Consolidated but negotiable)
Age Limit : Below 50 years as on 01-07-2018


Qualifications : 

a) Essential : Minimum B.Sc. in any branch of Life Science discipline, including Agriculture/ Horticulture. The candidate must possess sufficient Knowledge of wild plant collection, identification, field introduction, maintenance as well as to adopt their conservational measures.

b) Desirable : Conversant with plant propagation technique as well as recording of  field data of their growth behaviour and biology. He /she should be capable of supervision and management of field workers engaged in the  BCH. 

c) Experience : It is desired that the candidate justifies himself/herself very carefully about his/her ability with strong self-confidence and dedication to carry out such activities based on his /her qualifications and experience. This should be reflected in one/two pages notes which will accompany with the application.

Duration : Initially for 6 months, May be extended further, subject to satisfactory performance.
