Applications are invited from the eligible candidates in the Standard Form of Application as published in Part IX of Assam Gazette who are the Citizens of India as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the constitution of India for filling up the following vacancies (sanctioned posts) of "Data Entry Operator" in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner as District Election Officer, Dibrugarh in the Scale of Pay Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600/- and Other allowances as admissible under the rules. The details are as shown below :

Pay Scale : Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 49,000/- (Plus) Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600/- and Other admissible allowances.

Age Limit : 18 to 43 Years (As on 01.07.2018 and Age relaxation as per Govt. of Assam rules).

Educational Qualification : Graduate in any Stream with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with an UGC/AICTE approved/ recognised Diploma in Computer Science / Application / "O" Level or equivalent certificate from NIELIT.

OR

Diploma holders from Polytechnic with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from an UGC/ AICTE approved/ recognised Institutions in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Electronics/ Telecommunications Engineering/ Information Technology.

Desirable Condition : Candidate must have the typing speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour. A certificate of typing/ Skill test is needed.

Other Preferences : Typing knowledge in Languages like Assamese / Bengali / Devnagari would be preferable.

Experience : Minimum 2 Years of experience in Data Entry Operator is needed.

2. For SC/ST/OBC Category : Rs. 150/-
3. For candidates having BPL Card : NIL

Applicants shall submit the self attested copies of following documents/ testimonials along with Application :

• HSLC Admit Card (age proof), Pass certificate and Marksheet.
• HSSLC Pass certificate and Marksheet.
• Degree Pass certificate and Marksheet.
• PRC Copy.
• Employment Exchange registration certificate.
• Caste certificate if applicable.
• Original copy of treasury challan of application fees payment.
• BPL F.I Card copy if available.
• 03 (Three) copies of passport size photographs. (One of which should be pasted on the application form)
• Certificate of Computer knowledge as mentioned above.
• Self addressed envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 5.00 only.

Last date of Application : Application will be received during office hours up to 13.09.2018 till 5.00 P.M. No application after the last date will be entertained. Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh will not be responsible for any postal delay.

Interview Date / Admit Card : Call letters for test will be intimated to eligible candidates through e-mail/ SMS in addition to sending by post. All applicants must give their e-mail address and Mobile No. for such communication in their applications.

Note :

• No TA/DA shall admissible in appearing in written/practical test.
• Candidates already in service must submit their application through Proper Channel.
• The candidates qualifying in the test must produce all original testimonials for verification at the time of Computer Practical Test.
• The final select list shall be published in two widely circulated newspapers and notice board of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Dibrugarh.
• The selected candidates will have to submit an undertaking to Appointment Authority that he or she will abide by the New Pension Scheme of the Government issued vide Finance Department letter No. BW3/03/part-I/1 dated 25.01.2005.
