Applications in Prescribed format are invited from the citizen of India for filling up of the following Group 'A' non-teaching posts purely on standard terms of Deputation initially for a period of 2 (Two) year extendable up to 5th Years in the Rajiv Gandhi University, Rono Hills, Doimukh :

1. Name of the Post : Finance Officer
Age Limit : Not more than 57 years of age
Pay Scale : Level - 14

Essential Qualification : 

1. A Master degree in the relevant discipline with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade 'B' in UGC seven point scales from a recognised University / Institute.
2. (i) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the academic pay level  - 11 of pay matrix i.e. of Rs. 68,900/- and above or with 8 years of service in the academic pay level - 12 of pay matrix i.e of Rs. 79,800/- including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. 

    OR

        (ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education.

   OR

        (iii) 15 years of administrative, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post (having the revised pay in the academic pay level - 12 of pay matrix i.e, Rs. 78,800/- in field of financial management (audit / accounts / treasury / budgeting etc)

  OR

       (iv) Should be a member of any of the Organised Central Accounts Services, in the same grade pay or with 5 years of service in the immediately below grade pay.

  OR

       (v) Should be a Chartered Accountant, with minimum 10 Years of work experience as Chartered Accountant.

  OR

      (vi) Should be a Cost Accountants (ACMA / FCMA) having 10 years working experience in educational institutions.

2. Name of the Post : Controller of Examinations
Age Limit : Not more than 57 years of age

Pay Scale : Level - 14
Essential Qualification : 

1. A Master's Degree with at least 55 % of the marks or its equivalent grade of 'B' in the UGC 7 Point Scale.
2. (i) At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the academic pay level  - 11 of pay matrix i.e. of Rs. 68,900/- and above or with 8 years of service in the academic pay level - 12 of pay matrix i.e of Rs. 79,800/- including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. 

OR

        (ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education.

OR

       (iii) 15 years of administrative experience , of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

3. Name of the Post : Internal Audit Officer
Age Limit : Not more than 55 years of age

Pay Scale : Level - 12
Essential Qualification : 

1. Officers from Audit & Accounts Service holding the post on regular basis with 5 (five) years experience in the Pay Level - 11 of the pay matrix i.e Rs.67,700/-

OR

     2. Officers having 8 (Eight) years experience in the pay level - 10 of the pay matrix i.e Rs. 56,100/-

     3. Desirable : Preference will be give to the candidate with M.Com/MBA (Finance/ ICWA/ CA SAS
