No of posts: 04 Posts (Methodology : Assamese, English, History, Geography, Mathematics, Zoology)

Educational Qualification : Candidates Qualification based on NCTE Regulation under Section 14 (E), 2017 as under.

(1) HOD/Principal : 
1. A master degree in Science / Humanities / Arts with 55 % marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed). 
2. M.Ed.
3. Ph.D in Education.
4. Should have five years teaching experience at UG and PG level.

(2) Assistant Professor ( Education) : 
1. A master degree in Science / Humanities / Arts with 55 % marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed).
2. M.Ed / M.A ( Education) with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale whenever grading system is followed ).
3. Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, the candidates must have cleared National Eligibility test (NET) conducted by UGC-CSIR or Similar, UGC like SLET / SET.

Application Form : Candidates are required to pay Rs.100/- (for open post) and Rs.50/- (for reserved post) by Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank. 

Demand Draft drawn in favour of : Secretary, Province College, Assam.
