Oil India Limited (OIL) invites applications from the eligible candidates (Domicile of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh) for engagement in the under mentioned post(s) on CONTRACTUAL BASIS at OIL Hospital and School of Nursing, OIL, Duliajan.

1. Name of the Post : Librarian Cum Clerk (On Contract)

Salary : Rs. 20,000/-

Requisite Qualification & Experience :

1. Bachelor in Library & Information Science or equivalent from any recognized university.
2. Minimum 06 (six) months Diploma / Certificate in Computer Application and should be fully conversant with MS Office, Internet, E-Mail correspondence etc.
3. Experience of Computer application in Library field will be given preference.

Period of Contract : 02 (Two) Years

*The period of contract will be initially for a period of 6 (Six) months and further extendable by subsequent period of 6 (six) months each at a time as applicable, as per requirement and job performance.

Interview Venue & Time :

• Walk-In-Interview : 14.09.2018
• Reporting Time : 07:00 A.M onwards
• Venue : OIL Hospital, Duliajan

Interested candidates should bring the following documents on the above scheduled date for the respective post :

1. Original mark-sheets, pass certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificates and other testimonials, if any.
2. A set of self attested photocopies of original mark-sheets, pass certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificates and other testimonials, if any.
3. 01 (one) copy of recent passport size colored photograph.

Note : 

• On the above scheduled date of the Walk-In-Interview, the candidate(s) will have to register themselves for the Walk-In-Interview at the Venue from 07:00 - 11:00 A.M. Under no circumstances candidate(s) will be allowed to register beyond the timings stated herein above.
• If the total number of candidate(s) registered for the Walk-In-Interview on the above scheduled date is beyond the normal limit/capacity, please note that, the Walk-In-Interview for the remaining registered candidate(s) will be carried forward/completed on the subsequent day(s), as required.
• The process of Walk-In-Interview will proceed as per the list of candidate(s) registered for the same.
• Please note that this appointment is purely on Contractual Basis and selected candidate(s) will not confer any Right to Employment in OIL India Limited in future.
